Terms & Conditions

• Maximum number of guests when booking the entire villa is 30 pax.
• All rates are in Sri Lankan Rupees.(LKR )
• All rates are net and include of all taxes and service charges.
• Extra bed – LKR 5,000

Drivers Quarters:

Free lodging for one accompanying driver.

Cancellation Policy:

14 days prior notice is required before the arrival date. Failure to notify will result in cancellation charges for the full period of the reservation

Payment:

Full payment must be made before the guests’ arrival.
